ISL89160

The ISL89160 is a high-speed, 6A, dual channel MOSFET driver. The features of ISL89160 are as follows: (1)Supply Voltage, VDD Relative to GND: -0.3V to 18V; (2)Logic Inputs (INA, INB): GND - 0.3v to VDD + 0.3V; (3)Outputs (OUTA, OUTB): GND - 0.3v to VDD + 0.3V; (4)Average Output Current: 150mA.

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of ISL89160: (1)Supply Voltage, VDD and VCC: 0.3V to 16V; (2)Logic I/O Voltages: -0.3V to VDD +0.3V; (3)Voltage on AHS, BHS:  -6.0V (Transient) to 70V (+25°C to +125°C); (4)Voltage on AHS, BHS: -6.0V (Transient) to 70V (-55°C to +125°C).

The electrical characteristics of the ISL89160 are: (1)Voltage Range: 4.5 V min and 16 V max; (2)VDD Quiescent Current: 5mA at INx = GND and 25mA at INA = INB = 1MHz, square wave; (3)VDD Undervoltage Lock-out: 3.3V at INA = INB = True; (4)Hysteresis: ~25 mV; (5)Input Range for INA, INB: GND min and VDD max; (6)Logic 0 Threshold for INA, INB: 1.22V at Nominally 37% x 3.3V; (7)Logic 1 Threshold for INA, INB: 2.08V at Nominally 63% x 3.3V.
