ISL6622

The ISL6622 is a high frequency MOSFET driver designed to drive upper and lower power N-Channel MOSFETs in a synchronous rectified buck converter topology. The features of ISL6622 are as follows: (1)Dual MOSFET Drives for Synchronous Rectified Bridge; (2)Advanced Adaptive Zero Shoot-through Protection; (3)Integrated LDO for Selectable Lower Gate Drive Voltage(5.75V, 6.75V, 7.75V) to Optimize Light Load Efficiency; (4)36V Internal Bootstrap Diode.

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of ISL6622: (1)Supply Voltage (VCC, UVCC): 15V; (2)BOOT Voltage (VBOOT-GND): 36V; (3)Input Voltage (VPWM): GND - 0.3V to 7V; (4)UGATE: VPHASE - 0.3VDC to VBOOT + 0.3V; (5)VPHASE - 3.5V (<100ns Pulse Width, 2J) to VBOOT + 0.3V.

The electrical characteristics of the ISL6622 are: (1)No Load Switching Supply Current: 8.2mA at f_PWM = 300kHz, V_VCC = 12V; (2)Standby Supply Current: 5.7mA at PWM Transition from 0V to 2.5V; (3)VCC Rising Threshold: 6.25 V min, 6.45 V typ and 6.70 V max; (4)VCC Falling Threshold: 4.8 V min, 5.0 V typ and 5.25 V max; (5)LVCC Rising Threshold: 4.4V; (6)LVCC Falling Threshold: 3.4V.
