DescriptionThe ISL6520ACBZ-T is designed as one kind of 5V or 12V single synchronous buck pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller device that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)cable modems, set top boxes, and DSL modems; (2)industrial power supplies; general purpose supplies; (3)5V or 12V-input DC/DC regulators; (4)low-voltage distributed power supplies; (5)power supplies for Microprocessors or peripherals: PCs, embedded controllers, memory supplies and DSP and core communications processor supplies. And this device provides single feedback loop, voltage-mode control with fast transient response.
Features of the ISL6520ACBZ-T are:(1)Operates from +5V or +12V Supply Voltage (for bias): 0.6V to VIN Output Range and Integrated Gate Drivers use VCC (5V to 12V) and 0.6V Internal Reference; ±1.0% tolerance;(2)Simple Single-Loop Control Design: Voltage-Mode PWM Control and Drives N-Channel MOSFETs and Traditional Dual Edge Modulator;(3)Fast Transient Response: High-Bandwidth Error Amplifier and Full 0% to 100% Duty Cycle;(4)Lossless, Programmable Overcurrent Protection - Uses Lower MOSFET's rDS(ON);(5)Pb-Free (RoHS Compliant).
