ISL54226

The ISL54226 is a single supply, dual SPST (Single Pole/Single Throw) switch that is configured as a DPST. The features of ISL54226 are as follows: (1)High-Speed (480Mbps) and Full-Speed (12Mbps) Signaling Capability per USB 2.0; (2)1.8V Logic Compatible (2.7V to +3.6V supply); (3)OE/ALM Pin to Open all Switches and Indicate Overvoltage Fault Condition; (4)Power OFF Protection.

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of ISL54226: (1)VDD to GND: -0.3 to 6.5V; (2)VDD to Dx: 10.5V; (3)Dx to HSD1x, HSD2x: 8.6V; (4)Input Voltages HSD2x, HSD1x: -0.3V to 6.5V; (5)SEL, OE/ALM: -0.3 to 6.5V; (6)Output Voltages D+, D-: -5V to 6.5V.

The electrical characteristics of the ISL54226 are: (1)ON-Resistance, rON (High-Speed): 3.5 at VDD = 2.7V, OE/ALM = 1.4V, IDx = 17mA, VCOM+ or VCOM- = 0V to 400mV; (2)rON Matching Between Channels, rON (High-Speed): 0.2 at VDD = 2.7V, OE/ALM = 1.4V, IDx = 17mA, VCOM+ or VCOM- = Voltage at max rON; (3)rON Flatness, RFLAT(ON) (High-Speed): 0.26 at VDD = 2.7V, OE/ALM = 1.4V, IDx = 17mA, VCOM+ or VCOM- = 0V to 400mV.
