ISL54224

The ISL54224 is a single supply dual 2:1 multiplexer that can operate from a single 2.7V to 5.25V supply. The features of ISL54224 are as follows: (1)High-Speed (480Mbps) and Full-Speed (12Mbps) Signaling Capability per USB 2.0; (2)1.8V Logic Compatible (2.7V to +3.6V supply); (3)OE/ALM Pin to Open all Switches and Indicate Overvoltage Fault Condition; (4)Power OFF Protection.

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of ISL54224: (1)VDD to GND: -0.3 to 6.5V; (2)VDD to Dx: 10.5V; (3)Dx to HSD1x, HSD2x: 8.6V; (4)Input Voltages HSD2x, HSD1x: -0.3V to 6.5V; (5)SEL, OE/ALM: -0.3 to 6.5V; (6)Output Voltages D+, D-: -5V to 6.5V.
