ISL5216KI

The ISL5216KI is designed as quad programmable digital downconverter (QPDC) for high dynamic range applications such as cellular basestations where multiple channel processing is required in a small physical space. The QPDC combines into a single package a set of four channels which include: digital mixers, a quadrature carrier NCO, digital filters, a resampling filter, a cartesian-to-polar coordinate converter and an AGC loop.

ISL5216KI  has twelve features. (1)Up to 95MSPS input. (2)Four independently programmable downconverter channels in a single package. (3)Four parallel 17-bit inputs providing 16-bit fixed or one of several 17-bit floating point formats. (4)32-bit programmable carrier NCO with > 115dB SFDR. (5)110dB FIR out of band attenuation. (6)Decimation from 4 to >65536. (7)24-bit internal data path. (8)Digital AGC with up to 96dB of gain range. (9)Filter functions include 1- to 5-stage CIC filter, halfband decimation and interpolation FIR filtering, programmable FIR filtering and resampling FIR filtering. (10)Its cascadable filtering for additional bandwidth. (11)Four independent serial outputs. (12)2.5V core, 3.3V I/O operation. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of ISL5216KI  have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be 4.6V. (2)Its core supply voltage would be 3.5V. (3)Its input output or I/O voltage would be from GND-0.5V to Vcc+0.5V. (4)Its ESD classification is class I.

Also some operating conditions of ISL5216KI  are concluded as follow. (1)Its voltage range I/O would be from +3.135V to +3.465V. (2)Its voltage range core would be from +2.375V to +2.625V. (3)Its temperature range industrial would be from -40°C to +85°C. (4)Its input low voltage would be from 0V and max 0.8V. (5)Its input high voltage would be 2V to IO Vcc. And so on.
