ISL35111

The ISL35111 is a de-emphasis driver with extended functionality for advanced protocols operating with line rates up to 11.1Gbps such as 10G Ethernet. The features of ISL35111 are as follows: (1)Supply Voltage (VDD to GND): -0.3V to 1.5V; (2)Voltage at All Input Pins: -0.3V to 1.5V; (3)ESD Rating: High-Speed Pins 1.5kV (HBM), All Other Pins 2kV (HBM).

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of ISL35111: (1)Max Voltage VIN to GND: -0.5V to +18V; (2)Max Voltage VOUT to GND (10s): -0.5V to VOUT +1V; (3)Voltage on "DNC" pins: No connections permitted to these pins; (4)ESD Ratings: Human Body Model 6kV, Charged Device Model: 2kV.
