The ISD4003-04MPY is designed as one member of the ISD4003 series which are single-chip voice record/playback devices to provide high quality, 3-volt, single-chip record/playback solutions for 4- to 8-minute messaging applications which are ideal for cellular phones and other portable products.
The ISD4003-04MPY has many features. (1)Single chip voice record/playback solution. (2)Single +3V supply. (3)Single-chip durations of 4, 5, 6, and 8 minutes. (4)High-quality, natural voice/audio reproduction. (5)AutoMute feature provides background noise attenuation during periods of silence. (6)No algorithm development required. Some absolute maximum ratings of ISD4003-04MPY have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its junction temperature would be 150°C. (2)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (3)Its voltage applied to any pad would be from Vss-0.3V to Vcc+0.3V. (4)Its voltage applied to any pad (input current limit to +/-20mA) would be from Vss-1.0V to Vcc+1.0V. (5)Its voltage applied to MOSI, SCLK, /INT, RAC and /SS pins (input current limited to +/-20mA) would be from Vss-1.0V to 5.5V.(6)Its Vcc-Vss would be from -0.3V to 7.0V. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
