The IP4358CX6 is designed as one kind of quad channel low capacitance ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection device that is optimized for protection of high speed interfaces such as Universal Serial Bus (USB) 2.0, High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI), Digital Visual Interface (DVI) and other interfaces requiring very low capacitance ESD protection. And this device can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)High-speed interface ESD protection such as USB 2.0, HDMI, DVI etc.; (2)Interfaces with special requirements on low capacitive ESD protection; (3)Interfaces requiring separation of the positive clamping voltage / current path.

Features of the IP4358CX6 are:(1)Pb-free, RoHS compliant, free of halogen and antimony (Dark Green compliant); (2)All SD memory card channels have integrated ESD protection EMI and RF filters; (3)ESD protection up to 15 kV at output terminals on 9 channels; (4)Integrated EMI and RF filters with pull-up resistors on 5 channels; (5)Integrated EMI and RF filters on 4 channels; (6)SD card power supply protection; (7)WLCSP with 0.4 mm pitch; (8)Write protection with integrated card detect biasing resistor; (9)Supports electrical card detection; (10)Also available with different filter behavior and the same footprint as IP4350CX24.

The absolute maximum ratings of the IP4358CX6 can be summarized as:(1)input voltage: -0.5 to +5.5 V;(2)electrostatic discharge voltage: -15 to +15 kV;(3)storage temperature: -55 to +150 °C;(4)peak reflow temperature: 260 °C;(5)ambient temperature: -35 to +85 °C.
