Description

The INA121UA is one member of the INA121 family which designed as the FET-input, low power instrumentation amplifier that can be used in (1)low-level transducer amplifiers bridge, RTD, thermocouple; (2)physiological amplifiers ECG, EEG, EMG, respiratory; (3)high impedance transducers; (4)capacitive sensors; (5)multi-channel data acquisition; (6)portable, battery operated systems; (7)general purpose instrumentation. Also it operates on power supplies as low as ±2.25V (+4.5V), allowing use in battery operated and single 5V systems.

Features of the INA121UA are:(1)low bias current: +/-4pA; (2)low quiescent current: +/-450uA; (3)low input offset voltage: +/-200uV; (4)low input offset drift: +/-2uV/; (5)high cmr: 106dB; (6)wide supply range: +/-2.25V to +/-18V; (7)low nonlinearity error: 0.001% max; (8)input protection to +/-40V; (9)8-pin dip and SO-8 surface mount.
