The IDTQS3VH16245 HotSwitch is a 16-bit high bandwidth bus switch. IDTQS3VH16245 has very low ON resistance, resulting in under 250pspropagation delay through the switch. The switches can be turned ON underthe control of the LVTTL-compatible Output Enable signals (OEx) for bidirectionaldata flow with no added delay or ground bounce. In the ON state, theswitches can pass signals up to 5V. In the OFF state, the switches offer veryhigh impedance at the terminals.
The combination of near-zero propagation delay, high OFF impedance, andover-voltage tolerance makes the IDTQS3VH16245 ideal for high performancecommunications applications.
