The IDT723653L12PF is one of the IDT723653 series.The IDT723653L12PF is a monolithic,high-speed,low-power,CMOS unidirectional synchronous(clocked FIFO memory which supports clockfrequencies up to 83 MHz and has read access times as fast as 8ns.

Features of the IDT723653L12PF are:(1)memory storage capacity:2,048 *36; (2)clock frequencies upm to 83 MHz (8 ns access time); (3)clocked FIFO buffering data from port A to port B; (4)IDT standard timing (using ef and ff ) or first word fall through timing(using or and ir flag functions); (5)programmable almost-empty and almost-full flags;each has five default offsets; (6)serial or parallel programming of partial flags; (7)port B bus sizing of 36 bits (long word),18 bits(word)and 9bits (byte); (8)big-or bittle-endian format for word and byte bus sizes; (9)retransmit capability; (10)reset clears data and configures FIFO,partial reset clears data but retains configuration settings; (11)mailbox bypass registers for each FIFO; (12)free-running CLKA and CLKB may be asynchronous or coincident (simultaneous reading and writing of data on a single clock edge is permitted).
