IDT71342S

The IDT71342S is a kind of high speed 4K*8 dual-port static RAM with full on-chip hardware support of semaphore signalling between the two ports. It provides two independent ports with seperate control, address and I/O pins that permit independent, asynchronous access for reads and writes to any location in memory.
