IDT7133S

The IDT7133S is a kind of high-speed 2K*16 dual-port static RAM. It is intended to be used as a stand-alone 16-bit dual-port RAM or as a "MASTER" dual-port RAM together with the IDT7143 "SLAVE" dual-port in 32-bit or more word width systems. The device provides two independent ports with seperate control, address and I/O pins that permit independent, asynchronous access for reads or writes to any location in memory.

There are some features of the IDT7133S as follows: (1)high-speed access: military: 55/70/90 ns (max) and commercial: 45/55/70/90 ns (max); (2)low power operation: active: 375 mW (typ) and standby: 5 mW (typ) ; (3)versatile control for write: seperate write control for lower and upper byte of each port; (4)fully asynchronous operation from either port; (5)battery backup operating-2 V data retention; (6)TTL-compatible; (7)single 5 V (±10%) power supply; (8)available in 68-pin ceramic or plastic PGA, LCC, PLCC, and flatback; (9)military product compliant to MIL-STD-883, class B; (10)on-chip port aebitration logic.
