The IDT7133S is a kind of high-speed 2K*16 dual-port static RAM. It is intended to be used as a stand-alone 16-bit dual-port RAM or as a "MASTER" dual-port RAM together with the IDT7143 "SLAVE" dual-port in 32-bit or more word width systems. The device provides two independent ports with seperate control, address and I/O pins that permit independent, asynchronous access for reads or writes to any location in memory.
