IDG-300Q

The IDG-300Q is designed as one kind of voltage controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) device that provides ultra high frequency with a single-ended sine-wave output and based on low noise analog harmonic frequency multiplication, providing exceptionally low Phase Noise and Jitter. Also this device is packaged in a miniature, FR-4 based 9x14mm SMD package.
