The ICX418AKB is an interline CCD solid-stateimage sensor suitable for NTSC color video cameraswith a diagonal 8mm (Type 1/2) system. Comparedwith the current product ICX038DNB, basiccharacteristics such as sensitivity, smear, dynamicrange and S/N are improved drastically.
This chip features a field period readout system andan electronic shutter with variable charge-ragetime.Also,thisoutline is miniaturized by usingoriginal package. This chip of the ICX418AKB is compatible with thepins of the ICX038DNB and has the same drive
conditions.
