The ICL8069CCSQ belongs to the ICL8069 series. It is a kind of 1.2 V temperature-compensated voltage reference. It uses the band-gap principle to achieve excellent stability and low noise at reverse currents down to 50 A. It also can be used in many applications such as analog-to-digital converters, digital-to-analog converters, threshold detectors,and voltage regulators. It is available in TO-92 SIP package.
There are some features of the ICL8069CCSQ as follows. (1) low bias current which is 50 A; (2) low dynamic impedance; (3) low reverse voltage; (4) low cost.
