ICL7662MTV-4

The ICL7662MTV-4 is one member of the ICL7662 family which is designed as the monolithic charge pump voltage inverter that can be used in (1)inexpensive negative supplies; (2)data acquisition systems; (3)up to -20 V for op amp, and other linear circuits; (4)positive to negative converter (buck-boost); (5)negative step-up converters; (6)power supply for battery chargers. This device is available in fixed output voltages of 3.3 V, 5.0 V, 12 V, 15 V, and an adjustable output version, and the output switch includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting, as well as thermal shutdown for full protection under fault conditions.
