IAPX86

The IAPX86 is two-chip microprocessors offering general-purpose CPU instructions combined with real-time operating system support. The features of IAPX86 are: (1)high-performance 2-chip data processors containing operating system primitives; (2)fully extendable to and compatible with iRMX 86; (3)supports five operating system data; (4)35 operating system primitives; (5)MULTIBUS system compatible interface.

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of IAPX86: (1)ambient temperature under bins: 0 to 70; (2)storage temperature: -65 to 150; (3)voltage on any pin with respect to ground: -1.0V to +7V; (4)power dissipation: 1.0W.

The electrical characteristics of the IAPX86 are: (1)input low voltage: -0.5V min and 0.8V max; (2)input high voltage: 2.0V min and VCC+5V max; (3)output low voltage: 0.45V max at IOL=2mA; (4)output high voltage: 2.4V min at IOH=-400A; (5)power supply current: 200mA max at TA=25; (6)input leakage current: 10A max at 0<VIN<VCC.
