The HV33 is dual serial-to-parallel converter chip originally designed tor driving printheads. Its dual converters have independent clock inputs and output blanking logic permitiing considerable flexibility in driving small matrix arrays with one device.

The features of HV33 can be summarized as (1)separate data (32) and strobe (22) outputs; (2)independent CLK and BLK functions; (3)4MHz opertation (either clock); (4)latched data outputs; (5)68-pin QFP; (6)mil version available.

The absolute maximum ratings of HV33 are (1)supply voltage, VDD: -05V to +7V; (2)supply voltage, VPD: 36V; (3)supply voltage, VPS: 36V; (4)logic input levels: -05V to VDD + 05V; (5)continuous total power dissipation: Ceramic 1900mW/Plastic 1200mW; (6)operating temperature range: Ceramic -40°C to +85°C/Plastic 0°C to 70°C; (7)storage temperature range: -65°C to +150°C.
