The HT7044A is designed as one member of the HT70XX series which is a set of three-terminal low power voltage detectors implemented in CMOS technology. Each voltage detector in the series detects a particular fixed voltage ranging from 2.2V to 7V. The voltage detectors consists of a high-precision and low power consumption standard voltage source, a comparator, hysteresis circuit, and an output driver. CMOS technology ensures low power consumption.
HT7044A has six features. (1)Low power consumption. (2)Low temperature coefficient. (3)Built-in high-stability reference source. (4)Built-in hysteresis characteristic. (5)TO-92 & SOT-89 package. (6)Typical applications include battery checkers, level selectors, power failure detectors, microcomputer reset, battery memory backup and non-volatile RAM signal storge protectors.
