The HT48R50-2 has the following features include:(1)32 bidirectional I/O lines; (2)one interrupt input; (3)one 8-bit and one 16-bit programmable timer/event counters with overflow interrupts; (4)on-chip crystal and RC oscillator; (5)watchdog timer; (6)4K x 15 program memory PROM; (7)1 x 14 option memory PROM; (8)184 x 8 data memory RAM; (9)halt function and wake-up feature reduce power consumption; (10)four-level subroutine nesting; (11)all instructions in one or two machine cycles; (12)15-bit table read instruction; (13)bit manipulation instruction; (14)63 powerful instructions.The accumulator is closely related to ALU operations. The stack is organized into four levels and is neither part of the data nor part of the program space, and is neither readable nor writeable. The activated level is indexed by the stack pointer (SP) and is neither readable nor writeable. At a subroutine call or interrupt acknowledgment, the contents of the program counter are pushed onto the stack.
