The device is particularly suitable for use in products such as remote controllers, fan/light controllers, washing machine controllers, scales, toys and various subsystem controllers. A HALT feature is included to reduce power consumption.
The HT48R10A-1/HT48C10-1 are 8-bit high performance, RISC architecture microcontroller devices specifically designed for multiple I/O control product applications. The mask version HT48C10-1 is fully pin and functionally compatible with the OTP version device.
