HT2812

The HT2812 is a CMOS LSI chip designed for use in sound effect products.It is equipped with tone circuit, noise circuit, and other control logic to generate different sounds including rifle gun, machine gun, booming sound, door bell, alarm,etc.

Features of the HT2812 are:(1)single power supply:2.4 V to 3.3 V; (2)low standby current at 3  V, 1uA typ; (3)auto power-off function; (4)speaker or direct piezo application; (5)built-in envelope control circuit; (6)1Hz to 8 Hz programmable lED flash output; (7)minimum external components.

The absolute maximum ratings of the HT2812 can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage is -0.3 V to 5 V; (2): input voltage is Vss-0.3  Vto VDD+0.3 V; (3): storage temperature is -50 to 125; (4): operating temperature is 0 to 70.
