      The HT24C01/02/04 is 1K/2K/4K-bit Hr2C interface serial EEPROM.It has 11 features.The first one is wide operating voltage range -VDD:4.5-5.5V.The second one is low power consumpyion -operation:5mA max.-standby:2A max.The third one is user selectable internal organization -1K(HT24C01):128*8 -2K(HT24C02):256*8 -4K(HT24C04):512*8.The fourth one is tow-wire serial interface.The fifth one is automatic erase-before-write operation.The sixth one is 8-byte page(1K/2K0,16-byte page(4K) write modes.The seventh one is write operation with built-in timer.The eighth one is software and hardware controlled write protection.The ninth one is 40-years data retention.The tenth one is 10 6 rewrite cycles per word.The eleventh one is operating temperature range is -40C°-- +85C°.The twelfth one is 8-pin DIP/SOP package.
      The HT24C01/02/04 is a 1K/2K/4K-bit serial read/write non-volatile memory device using the CMOS floating gate process.Its 1024/2048/4096 bits of memory are organized into 125/256/512 words and each word is 8-bit.The device is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low power and low voltage operation are essential.Up to eight 24C01 or 24C02 devices and up to four 24C04 devices may be connected to the same two wire bus.The HT24C01/02/04 is guaranteed for 1M erase/write cycles and 40 year data retention.
