The HT2012DP is one member of the HT201xx family which designed as the low cost, low power CMOS LSI chip designed for lamp and LED flash drivers. Features of the HT2012-PL are:(1)operating voltage:1.2V to 4.5V;(2)low standby current: 1mA typ. at 3V;(3)CMOS metal-gate process technology;(4)built-in oscillator (FOSC:32KHz);(5)on/off control function for the HT2013H, HT2013M, HT2013L;(6)1/8 duty cycle output;(7)directly driving an LED;(8)minimum exter-nal components;(9)TO-92 package (only for the HT2012H, HT2014M, HT2014L).

The absolute maximum ratings of the HT2012DP can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:-0.3V to 5.5V;(2)input voltage:Vss0.3V to VDD+0.3V;(3)storage temperature:-50°C to 125°C;(4)operating temperature:-20°C to 75°C.
