HMP8117CN

The HMP8117CN is designed as a high quality NTSC and PAL video decoder with internal A/D converters. It is compatible with NTSC M, PAL B, D, G, H, I, M, N, and combination N (NC) video standards. Typical applications include multimedia PCs, video conferencing, video compression systems, video security systems and LCD projectors and overhead panels.

The HMP8117CN has ten features. (1)(M) NTSC and (B, D, G, H, I, M, N, NC) PAL operation. (2)Videolyzer feature: macrovision bypass and detection. (3)Digital anti-alias filter. (4)Power down mode. (5)Digital output formats. (6)Analog input formats. (7)"Raw" (oversampled) VBI data capture. (8)"Sliced" VBI data capture capabilities. (9)2-line (1H) comb filter Y/C separator. (10)Fast I2C interface. Those are all the main features.

(5)Its thermal resistance would be typ 45°C/W. (6)Its maximum power dissipation would be 1.78W. (7)Its maximum storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (8)Its maximum junction temperature would be 150°C. (9)Its maximum lead temperature soldering 10 seconds would be 300°C.
