HMNR5128D

The HMNR5128D is a 512Kb x 8 non-volatile static RAM and real time clock organized as 524,280 words by 8 bits. It directly replaces industry standard 512Kbit x 8 SRAMs. It also  provides the non-volatility of Flash without any requirement for special WRITE timing or limitations on the number of WRITEs that can be performed.

The features of HMNR5128D can be summarized as:(1)integrated low power sram, real time clock, power-fail control circuit, battery and crystal ; (2)bcd coded year, month, day, date, hours, minutes, and seconds ; (3)conventional sram operation : unlimited write cycles  ; (4)software controlled clock calibration for high accuracy applications ; (5)10 years of data  retention and clock operation in the absence of power  pin and function compatible with industry standard 512k x 8 srams ; (6)self-contained battery and crystal in dip package.

The absolute maximum ratings of HMNR5128D are:(1)Ambient Operating Temperature:0°C to 70°C ; (2)Storage Temperature(Vcc Off, Oscillator Off):-40°C to 70°C ; (3)Lead Solder Temperature for 10 seconds:260°C ; (4)Input or Output Voltage:-0.3V to Vcc+0.3V ; (5)Supply Voltage:4.5V to 5.5V ; (6)Output Current:20mA ; (7)Power Dissipation:1W.
