The HL1327CF is designed as a 1.3m InGaAsP fabry-perot laser diode with a multi-quantum well (MQW) structure. It is suitable as light sources in short and medium range fiberoptic communication systems. Laser output is delivered from the coaxial package through an attached single mode fiber. A built-in photodiode provides monitor current output.
HL1327CF has three features. (1)Wide operating temperature range which would be from -40°C to 85°C. (2)High output power which would be 0.6mW for pulse and 0.4mW for CW. (3)Low operating current which would be 18mA at 25°C and would be 38mA at 85°C. Those are all the main features.
