HI3-508L

The HI3-508L is designed as one kind of 8-channel single-ended analog multiplexer and this device has input overvoltage protection. Analog input voltages may exceed either power supply voltage without damaging the device or disturbing the signal path of other channels. The protection circuitry assures that signal fidelity is maintained even under fault conditions that would destory other multiplezers. And it is fabricated with burr-Brown's dielectrically isolated CMOS technology.
