The HG61H series is a master slice CMOS gate array using 2-layer metal interconnect technology. The HG61H series has six master chips with wide range of gata count of 448 to 2560, and of I/O terminal count of 54 to 108. These chips can replace not only CMOS logics but also TTL logics because of their high speed of 2.0 ns typ and compatibility of input and output buffers at TTL/CMOS level.

There are some features of HG61H as follows. First is fast operation. The second is low power dissipation which is 175W/gate typ. Then is abundant input and output configuration which means allocation of all pins except power supply pins to input/output/input-output common. Next is oscillator, schmitt input available. The fifth is memory on-chip which means flexibility of memory capacity and word organization and selection of single port/dual port memory. The sixth is wide operation temperature range which is from -20 to +75. The seventh is wide package selection. The last one is quick turn around time and reasonable development cost.+

What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings of HG61H. The VCC (supply voltage) is from -0.3 to +6.7 V. The VT (terminal voltage) is from -0.3 to VCC+0.3 V. The IO (output current per one output) is from -8 to +8 mA. The IOT (output current total) is from -40 to +40 mA. The operating temperature is from -20 to +75. The storage temperature with bias is from -20 to +85. The storage temperature without bias is from -55 to +125.
