HFBR2531

The HFBR2531 is designed as one member of the versatile link series which is a complete family of fiber optic link components for applications requiring a low cost solution. This HFBR2531 series includes transmitters, receivers, connectors and cable specified for easy design.

HFBR2531 has eleven features. (1)Low cost fiber optic components. (2)Enhanced digital links DC-5 MBd. (3)Extended distance links up to 120m at 40kBd. (4)Low current link 6mA peak supply current. (5)Horizontal and vertical mounting. (6)Interlocking feature. (7)High noise immunity. (8)Easy connectoring simplex, duplex and latching connectors. (9)Flame retardant. (10)Transmitters incorporate a 660nm red LED for wasy visibility. (11)Compatible with standard TTL circuitry. Those are all the main features.

(2)Its operating temperature range would be from -40°C to 85°C. (3)Its lead soldering cycle would be 260°C soldering 10 seconds. (4)Its supply voltage would be min -0.5V and max 7V. (5)Its output collector current would be max 25mA. (6)Its output collector power dissipation would be max 40mW. (7)Its output voltage would be min -0.5V and max 18V. (8)Its pull-up voltage would be min -5V and max Vcc. (9)Its fan out (TTL) would be max 5V. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
