HFA16TB120PbF is a state of the art ultrafast recovery diode. Employing the latest in epitaxial construction and advanced processing techniques it features a superb combination of characteristics which result in performance which is unsurpassed by any rectifier previously available.

HFA16TB120PbF has seven features. (1)Ultrafast recovery. (2)Ultrasoft recovery. (3)Very low Irrm. (4)Very low Qrr. (5)Specified at operating conditions. (6)Lead (Pb)-free. (7)Designed and qualified for industrial level. Those are all the main features.
