HEXFRED® Ultrafast Soft Recovery Diode, 2 x 8 A.The HFA16PA120CPbF is designed as one kind of HEXFRED ultrafast soft recovery diode with current 2x8A. It is a state of the art ultrafast recovery diode. Employing the latest in epitaxial construction and advanced processing techniques it features a superb combination of characteristics which result in performance which is unsurpassed by any rectifier previously available.

HFA16PA120CPbF has seven features. (1)Ultrafast recovery. (2)Ultrasoft recovery. (3)Very low Irrm. (4)Very low Qrr. (5)Specified at operating conditions. (6)Lead (Pb)-free. (7)Designed and qualified for industrial level. Those are all the main features.
