HDC-1200H

The HDC-1200H is designed as one kind of micropower, low voltage comparator that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)battery-powered system monitoring; (2)threshold detectors; (3)window comparators; (4)relay driving; (5)optoisolator driving; (6)industrial control systems; (7)handheld instruments. And this device has one input available externally while the other input is connected internally to the reference, and the output of it is open collector and the output load can be referred to any voltage up to 18V independent of supply voltage.

Features of the HDC-1200H are:(1)internal 400mV reference; (2)total threshold error: +/- 1.25% max at 25; (3)wide supply range: 1.4V to 18V; (4)specifi ed for -40 to 125 temperature range; (5)low quiescent current: 6.5 uA Typ at 5V; (6)internal hysteresis: 6.5mV typ; (7)low input bias current: +/-10nA max; (8)over-the-topr input also includes ground; (9)open-collector output allows level translation; (10)choice of input polarities: LT6703-2 / LT6703-3; (11)available in a 2mm x 2mm DFN package.
