HD74LS258

This HD74LS258 multiplexer features three-state outputs that can interface directly with and drive data lines of bus-organized systems. With all but one of the common outputs disabled (at a high-impedance state)the low impedance of the single enabled output will drive the bus line to a high or low logic level. To minimize the possibility that two outputs will attempt to takes a common bus to opposite logic levels, the output-enable circuitry is desinged such that the output disable times are shorter than the the output enable times.

There are some electrical specifications about HD74LS258 when Ta is -20 to 75. Input voltage(VIH) is 2.0 V and (VIL) is 0.8 V . Output voltage is 20 uA when vcc is 5.25 V , VIH is 2 V , Vo is 2.4 V . Short-circuit output current(Ios) is -30 mA min and -130 mA max when Vcc is 5.25 V.Input clamp voltage(VIR) is -1.5 V max when Vcc is 4.75 V and Iin is -18 mA.
