HD74HC373

The HD74HC373 is a kind of octal D-typr transparent latches(with 3-state outouts).When th latch enable input is high, the Q outputs of it will follow the D inputs.When the latch enable goes low, data at the D inputs will be retained at the outputs until latch enable returns high again.

Features of the HD74HC373 are:(1)high speed operation:tpd(D to Q) is 16 ns typ when CL is 50 pF; (2)high output current: fanout of 15 LSTTL loads; (3)wide operating voltage: Vcc is 2 V to 6 V; (4)low input current : 1 uA max; (5)low quiescent supply current: Icc(static) is 4 uA max when Ta is 25.
