HD61200

The HD61200 is a kind of column driver LSI for a large area dot matrix LCD. HD61200 adopts 1/32 or more duty cycle multiplexing method. It receives serial display data from a micro controller or a display control LSI, HD61380 and generates liquid crystal driving signals.

There are some features of HD61200 as follows: (1)liquid crystal display driver with serial/parallel conversion function; (2)internal liquid crystal display driver: 80 drivers; (3)drivers liquid crystal panels with 1/32-1/128 duty cycle multiplexing; (4)can interface to LCD controllers, HD61380 and HD61380D; (5)data transfer rate: 2.5 MHz max; (6)power supply: 5 V±10% (internal logic); (7)power supply voltage for liquid crystal display drive: 8 to 17 V; (8)CMOS process.
