The HCPL-314J-500E is one member of the HCPL-314J family which is designed as the 0.4 Amp output current IGBT gate drive optocoupler that can be used in (1)isolated IGBT / power MOSFET gate drive; (2)AC and brushless DC motor drives; (3)inverters for appliances; (4)industrial inverters; (5)switch mode power supplies (SMPS); (6)uninterruptable power supplies (UPS).
