DescriptionThe HCNR201-000E is one member of the HCNR201 family which is designed as the high-linearity analog optocoupler that consists of a high-performance AlGaAs LED that illuminates two closely matched photodiodes. This device can be used in (1)low cost analog isolation; (2)telecom: modem, PBX; (3)industrial process control: transducer isolator, isolator for thermocouples, 4 mA to 20 mA ; (4)loop isolation SMPS feedback loop, SMPS feedforward; (5)monitor motor supply voltage; (6)medical.
Features of the HCNR201-000E are:(1)special selection for HCNR201: tighter K1, K3 and lower nonlinearity available;(2)allows flexible circuit design;(3)8-pin DIP package - 0.400" spacing;(4)surface mount option available;(5)low nonlinearity: 0.01%;(6)low gain temperature coefficient: -65 ppm/°C;(7)wide bandwidth DC to >1 MHz.
