The HAX1000-S is designed as one kind of ultra bright LED lamp device that has some points of features:(1)New emission material (InGaAlP) orange LED; (2)Peak wavelength (p = 620 nm) high bright emission; (3)All plastic mold type, clear colorless lens; (4)Low drive current, (forward current = 1 to 20 mA); (5)Excellent On-Off contrast ratio; (6)Fast response time, capable of pulse operation; (7)High power luminous intensity; (8)Suitable for Outdoor Message Signboards.

The absolute maximum ratings of the HAX1000-S can be summarized as:(1)Forward Current: 50 mA;(2)Reverse Voltage: 5 V;(3)Power Dissipation: 125 mW;(4)Operating Temperature Range: -40 to 85 °C;(5)Storage Temperature Range: -40 to 100 °C.
