GP2TD02

The GP2TD02 is designed as one kind of tile sensor. Its typical applications is optical video disk players, magneto-optical disks.

GP2TD02 has two features. (1)With incorporating lens. (2)Linear output in accordance with tile. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of GP2TD02 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its input forward current would be 50mA. (2)Its input reverse voltage would be 6V. (3)Its input power dissipation would be 75mW. (4)Its output reverse voltage would be 20V. (5)Its output power dissipation would be 75mW. (6)Its operating temperature range would be from -10°C to 70°C. (7)Its storage temperature range would be from -25°C to +85°C. (8)Its soldering temperature would be 260°C. For 5 seconds at the position of 2.0mm or more from the surface of resin edge. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics of GP2TD02 are concluded as follow. (1)Its input forward voltage would be max 1.5V. (2)Its input reverse current would be max 10uA. (3)Its output collector dark current would be max 100nA. (4)Its difference output increment rate would be min 1.15uA/° and typ 2.7uA/° and max 14.3uA/°. (5)Its sum output would be min 5.5uA and typ 11.4uA and max 40.3uA. (6)Its monotonous increase range of tilt angle output would be min 2.0°.
