The GMS90 series is fully compatible to the standard 8051 microcontroller family.

GMS90 is compatible with the standard 80C32. While maintaining all architectural and operational characteristics of the standard 80C32, the GMS90C320 incorporates some enhancements in the Timer 2 unit.
