Description

The GMS81C7008/7016 is advanced CMOS 8-bit microcontrollers with 8K/16K bytes of ROM. GMS81C7008/7016 are a powerful microcontroller which provides a highly flexible and cost effective solution to many LCD applications. These provide the following standard features:16K/ 8K bytes of mask type ROM or 16K bytes OTP ROM, 448 bytes of RAM, 8-bit timer/counter, 8-bit A/D converter, 10 bit high speed PWM Output, programmable buzzer driving port, 8-bit basic interval timer, watch dog timer, serial peripheral interface, on chip oscillator and clock circuitry. GMS81C7008/7016 also come with 4com/24seg LCD driver. In addition, it support power saving mode to reduce power consumption.
