The Hynix GMS81C5108 is a powerful microcontroller which provides a high flexibility and cost effective solution to many LCD applications.

The GMS81C5108 provides the following standard features: 8K bytes of ROM, 192 bytes of RAM, 37 Nibbles of Display RAM, 8/16-bit timer/counter, on-chip oscillator and clock circuitry. In addition, the GMS81C5108 supports power saving modes to reduce power consumption.
