Hold up time is bigger than 6 mS at 100 Vac or 240 Vac/65 W load , output voltage shall remain regulation. Rise time is less than 50 mS at 100 Vac/65W load , DC output rise time from 5% to 95% of Vo. Besides, there are also some environmental characteristics about it.Leakage current is less than 100 uA at 240 Vac and 60 HZ and is less than 60 uA at the 100 Vac and 60 HZ. Safety conforming will depends on customer's requirement. Coooling is natrual air cooling.
