Description

The FSA4159 is a high-performance Single-Pole /Double-Throw (SPDT) analog switch. The devicefeatures ultra-low RON of 1W at 4.5V VCC and operatesover the wide VCC range of 1.65V to 5.50V. The FSA4159 is fabricated with sub-micron CMOS technology toachieve fast switching speeds and is designed for breakbefore-make operation.
