This advanced technology of FQPF7N10 is especially tailored to minimize 0n-state resistance, provide superior switching performance, and withstand high energy pulse in the avalanche and commutation modes. FQPF7N10 is well suited for low voltage applications such as audio mplifiers, high efficiency switching DC/DC converters, and DC motor control.
