FPF series

      The FPF series is oval leaded polypropylene film with aluminum foil electrodes. It has four applications. They are IGNT protection circuits, energy conversion, snubber networks and switching power supplies.
      FPF series has four features. The first one is polypropylene film. The second one is high current. The third one is high dvldt. The forth one is low ESR.
      Here are some of FPF series' specifications. Its operating temperature range is -40 to +85. Its capacitance tolerance is ±10% at 1kHz, 25, and ±5% optional. Its dissipation factor tan is no more than 0.05% at 1kHz and 25. Its insulation resistance at 500VDC applied for 1 minute is 100000M (C0.33uF) and 30000M (C>0.33uF) respectively. Its self inductance is less than 1 nano-Henry per mm of body length and lead length. Its dielectric strength is 160% of WVDC applied for 10 seconds and 25. Its construction is extended foil polypropylene film with internal series connections and metallized film. Its electrode is aluminum foil. Its coating is flame retardant polyester tape wrap with epoxy end fill (UL 94V-0). Its lead terminations are led free tinned copper leads.
