Description

The FODM301X, FODM302X, and FODM305X series consists of a GaAs infrared emitting diode driving a silicon bilateral switch housed in a compact 4-pin mini-flat package. The lead pitch is 2.54mm. The FODM301X, FODM302X, and FODM305X series are designed for interfacing between electronic controls and power triacs to control resistive and inductive loads for 115V/240V operations.
